Practical details
Sessions are 45 minutes, weekly, online or in person. Most therapeutic work benefits from weekly continuity, particularly in the early months.
I offer both short-term and open-ended sessions, depending on what you are looking for.
Short-term focused work
This suits a defined question: a transition, a specific pattern, a period of acute pressure. Usually six to twelve sessions, sometimes more. The work has a structure and an endpoint.
Open-ended therapy
This suits deeper exploration, longer-standing patterns, or periods of life that call for sustained reflection. There is no fixed duration.

In-person work in Lewes – introductory offer
I have recently opened an in-person practice in Lewes and am offering a 25% discount to new clients seeing me there until 1 October 2026.
